Corvus is our site’s trusted Mine Production System ‘Source of Truth’ for data integration/validation/transformation/visualisation from disparate systems such as Fleet / Dragline Monitoring Systems, Excel Templates, Contractor Systems, Customer ‘in-house’ Applications, and Manual Entry.
To state that Corvus is a ‘de-Excel’ enabler and Production Reporting Tool masks the true scope of its functionality. Whilst Corvus can source key data from existing Site Applications such as Wash-plant, Drill/Blasting, Port, Quality tracking etc, to allow a ‘one-stop-shop’ for Reporting purposes, it can replace legacy, 3rd Party solutions, thus streamlining Technology System Architecture (i.e. System Consolidation).’
After working in a large mining company in a data and reporting demanding role, the demands of management and operations exceeded that of what Corvus had to offer. Intov8 developed additional capability for our site in the form of reports, dashboards, data connections and system integrations, production accounting improvements, additional modules in Axiom and were always quick to close out support requests and project requests.
Corvus has proven to be a valuable tool for our data collection, operational reporting and people management processes.
Intov8 have been pressing forward with the development and enhancement of new and current mobile applications for their users which have enabled supervisors to be in the pit on the job, rather than being stuck in the office. Corvus Wall in particular has given the ability for supervisors and controllers to actively communicate the current events on site and enable true short interval control.
Intov8 has worked closely with PDM to create customized reports and dashboards giving us a clear over view on current production statistics with out the need for deep analysis.
Intov8 are always innovative with new apps for mobile devices enabling supervisors to be in the pit on the job not stuck in the office.
